The seller didn’t ship for 5 days after purchase and I had to call them to get things moving. They must’ve used the slowest shipping at that point because the cigars went from Houston to Chicago, Atlanta then to my address. 16 days from purchase to delivery.

The product itself is excellent, but I already knew that I’ve had these cigars before. The service at stogiesworldclasscigars was horrible! I had to call on repeat to get through finally got somebody on the phone they said they would call back and never did two weeks later we finally got the cigars. Also, the nine cigars in the box that I actually ordered are good but I got one cigar replaced with something else that I did not request. so I was shorted one of my cigars that I ordered. And replaced with another one that was just so so.
